Summer Institute 2005 Edit

The Alaska Science Consortium's 2005 summer institute was held in Fairbanks. The theme was earth science. Participants came from as far away as Ketchikan and Juneau, Savoonga and Brevig Mission, Anchorage and the Kenai Peninsula to meet in Fairbanks for 2 weeks. During the follow-up workshop, particpants developed science lessons and planned a science festival at their schools.

Science Festivals Edit

Doug Noon's 2005 festival was at Denali Elementary School in Fairbanks.
